Our beef is processed in USDA approved facilities.

We do not treat our cattle with Hormones.

We do not sell any of our beef that has been treated with antibiotics. Occasionally we need to treat ill or injured animals, but once we treat them, we do not let them sell in our Beef Direct Program.

We raise both grass fed-grain finished, and grass fed-grass finished beef.

Our beef is 14-21 day aged.

All of our Beef is born and raised in the foothills and Shadows of the Wind River Mountain Range.*

Our Cows raise their calves on Summer Pasture in high elevations of 7200-8000 ft.

Our Cattle genetics are predominately Angus, but we have cross bred with Hereford, Red Angus, and other breeds to develop a hearty animal that performs well in our harsh environment.

Our Herd carries on the genetics that our father started 35+ years ago.

*Occasionally we will have to source beef from other local sources to fill the demand.  We will disclose this information.
